After a period of public consultation the Authority has published three Guidelines regarding certain powers under the Liquor Act 2007 - 01/09 (Short Term Closure Orders) 02/09 (Applications for Review) and 03/09 (Applications under section 53). See the Publications section of this website

New Liquor Laws - 1 July 2008
The Government's reforms to the NSW liquor laws and regulatory framework will come into force from 1 July 2008.
The reforms are contained in two Acts:
- Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority Act 2007
- Liquor Act 2007
The Legislation can be found on the menu at the left and further information can be obtained from the Liquor, Gaming and Registered Clubs menu item.
